Love the way the kids were waiting by the window for the snow to start! Our weather forecasters were all excited … it started at our place around 9AM and went all day and all night too … such fun!
We woke up to our first snowfall of the season this morning. Such a beautiful sight. I love the way you captured the children’s anticipation. I’ll bet they had a great time sledding.

Yes such a great series of photos- great to see the kids watching and waiting, and then getting to have the fun of snow- your house looks good with its snow coat on too.
You did an awesome job of capturing the children’s anticipation of the snow. I hope they had fun playing in it and sledding.

Thanks – They did! They love the snow (me – not too much!)
I love seeing the anticipation of the children…it is almost palpable. Thanks for sharing and enjoy! Here’s MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
Thanks for stopping by Laurel!
Snow days = Fun days.
We have a little snow in Minnesota but looks like you have more than us 🙂
We don’t usually have plowable snow prior to Thanksgiving. This was actually about 4-6 inches of that HEAVY snow – awful to shovel!

Are you in New England, too? I grew up in CA so snow is always a novelty to me!

Thank you — and they did! One nice thing about having them 12 months apart is they are good friends to each other and playmates! 🙂
I love the waiting for the snow shots. Such a reminder of the excitement when you are a child.
I never had snow as a child — lived in CA — but I know how much the children LOVE a snow day! 🙂
